Turku Student Village Foundation manages over four thousand apartments. Not only it builds new housing, it also renovates existing buildings. With Modelspace, Turku Student Village Foundatio's new Tyyssija-project with 11.000 square meters full of details, is kept well under control. All materials used and changes made during construction are traceable for years to come.

" With Modelspace we could monitor, when receiving tenders, that bidders followed our metrics. The users of the buildings benefit from all the information, what is already gathered – and nothing goes to waste," explains Jukka Koskinen, Property Manager.

The project planning of the new Psychiatric House for Kuopio University Hospital (KUH) begun during the spring of 2018. The project was started on a short notice and Modelspace-software has been a crucial part of managing the space requirements. The time saved compared to typical planning process was a month and savings cumulates even further when project goes on. The data from all the different phases of the project is stored on one platform and can be found or copied by everyone involved – thus new projects can utilize the already acquired knowledge and data.
