Senate Properties has chosen the IWMS360° to offer a solution to the public procurement by bidding to reform the way they lead construction projects. The solution is based on Gravicon Oy's Modelspace and Scudo Solutions Oy's Scudo Pro products and their integration. The system delivery includes a new system deployment project and maintenance and support services. The reference price of the purchase without VAT for the contract period is about one million euros. The delivery will take place in 2018.
The new system will lead the construction projects of Senate Propeties. It covers Senate's investment planning, project cost monitoring and reporting, and is a task-based ERP system for Senate project managers.

The Senate has already used the functionality of property management and space management of IWMS360° (Granlund Oy and Rapal Oy). With this new system, Senate Properties seeks to achieve significant operational efficiency and reduce the Senate customers' costs.
